Return Policy
Return Merchandise Authorization:
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is a numbered authorization provided by Thinergetics
to permit the return of a program and/or product. To return a program or product, the standard
process is:
First, the Client must call the Customer Service Support office to speak with a Representative.
The Representative helps to determine whether the product is indeed defective or if the program(s)
can be returned. This usually involves the Client answering several questions (including the return
exceptions listed below). Following the Representative's directions for evaluating the program or
product in question if the Representative feels that the program or product is returnable the
Representative issues an official RMA.
Secondly, the Client must write the RMA number on the outside of the box that the program or
product is being shipped in. All program and product items must be returned in their original
packaging along with all accessories, parts, materials and/or instructional manuals that were shipped
with your original order. If a return is sent without an RMA number, Thinergetics can decline the
return.
Finally, the Client must mail the program or product(s) to the proper warehouse address as
directed by the Representative who issued the RMA number. RMA numbers are important to both
Thinergetics and Client. An RMA number tells Thinergetics that a return is being made and offers protection
against fraudulent returns. The Client can use the RMA number to inquire on the progress of a return.
For example, if the Client hasn't received any information about the return, the Client can call
Thinergetics and use the RMA number as a reference.
90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON RETURNS: We will gladly accept any return within 90 days, provided
the Thinergetics program/kit is in new or like-new condition (see exceptions below). We will only issue
a refund or send a replacement as needed and/or approved once the program/kit has been received in
our warehouse.
Exceptions to our return policy:
- The one year online coaching portion of the Thinergetics program is offered as an inclusive
part of the complete Thinergetics program. However, in the event that the Thinergetics program is
returned within 90 days for a refund the one year online coaching membership cancels as well.
- Consumable items (such as products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable
once they have been opened.
- All program items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories,
parts, materials and/or instructional manuals that were shipped with your original order.
- Our 90 day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We require the return
package be postmarked within 90 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of
what date the product was first opened or used).
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- DVD's included within the program/kit may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacture defect.
Note: If we receive your program item(s) back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return
policy terms including the use of a RMA number, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a
replacement. Such a return will also not be sent back to you.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for an accepted return and approved refund.
Send all returns via a GROUND method that can be tracked (for example, US Postal Service,
UPS ground, FedEx Ground, or otherwise). Thinergetics will not be held liable for items returned
without an appropriate tracking method accordingly.
