I have to say the biggest blessing in my Thinergetics adventure has been that I have shared journey with my husband and my family.

My life has been a roller coaster of many different diets. The first official one was, the year I graduated from High School. Now 24 years later, I've found that my weight determined how I felt about myself. The scale has played some amazing games in my mind. I don't want to play those same games anymore.

I'm now 40 years old, a wife and mother of three, trying to take care of the body God designed for me! I can say that it is a daily walk, and some days are definitely harder than others. But with the help of Thinergetics, I've learned the importance of hydration, digestion, elimination and motion. I have been able to effectively apply these to my daily life.

Who would have thought how thirsty my body really was? I found I was depriving myself. The importance of my digestive tract and its uses were not even thought about before. Our bodies are so uniquely designed and set up to work for us, not against us. Eliminating foods seemed impossible, but when I realized my body had trouble digesting them, my desire has been to remove them completely. I also have seen the importance in adding muscle toning to my daily walks. My back hasn't been bad since I started applying the strengthening exercises.

I have to say the biggest blessing in my Thinergetics adventure has been that I have shared the journey with my husband and my family. Never before have they been interested in my weight loss programs. We have been accountable to one other, encouragers and cheerleaders. I'm so proud of what they have accomplished.

I still have a road ahead of me, but I'm so grateful for the tools I have been given and the results I have seen. I feel great, and I'm a size smaller than when I started. No more big lady store, yeah!
