Thinergetics helped me to perform my own extreme makeover! Prior to learning and utilizing the Thinergetics program I was overweight and fatigued all the time. I was desperate for a solution especially after my hysterectomy. I was certain the health problems I was experiencing before my surgery would be resolved after surgery but sadly that wasn't the case. In the past 8 months I've successfully lost 31 pounds and went from a size 14 to a size 6! I no longer have the issues with migraine headaches, acid reflux, or chronic muscle pain.
